Lasting up to six hours, depending on the size of your property you will receive:

• A full comprehensive list of of all defects

• The location of the issue

• honest face to face feedback on the quality of your property.

The snagging report can then be forwarded to you builder to rectify defects, making things quicker and smoother for all parties
