Hello let me introduce myself, I am a multi award winning senior site manger with over 30 years worth of experience in the new build industry. I am passionate about producing a quality home which is a fundamental reason behind starting SNAGSHOT. I have all the experience required to check if your new build property has been constructed to comply with NHBC/LABC building regulations whilst also checking that minor defects are within tolerance

When is the best time ?

The new build snagging period is two years, where the developer must fix any snags/defects reported within those timescales. Ideally the snagging survey should be done prior to the occupation to ensure any defects found are not attributed to damage caused after occupation rather than poor workmanship.
